WHY JOIN?

As a helping professional there are days when we may feel emotionally drained and overwhelmed with little motivation. We have to be just as mindful about our emotional well-being as we are about our physical health.

Our workshops explore sources of strength to move forward with an optimistic mindset. Each workshop topic touches on key concepts including work life-balance, setting boundaries, self-care strategies, stress relief techniques and finding ways to feel replenished again.
